As fans of the kiddie TV show, we couldn’t be more excited to setup a colorful and fun Sesame Street themed dessert buffet for Juan David’s 1st birthday at Racks El Pueblo!

Sam, who took the lead on conceptualizing this dessert buffet, used beautiful bright colors, multicolored stripes and chevron patterns, and big bold balloons to make the table pop! Aside from the cupcake tower in the middle, the cutie character pompoms featuring Elmo, Zoe, Oscar the Grouch, and the Cookie Monster were also the highlight of this setup!

For the desserts, Mommy Nica chose an all-cupcake buffet comprised of delicious Chocolate Monster cupcakes, Elmo’s Red Velvet cupcakes, Strawberry Cheesecake cupcakes, and Chocolate Truffle cupcakes! Yummy; plus, they sure go well with ribs! :)

We had a great time catering Alexy’s swim / cupcake decorating party! Alexy’s lovely mommy, Ruby, ordered a customized buffet for her daughter’s guests to enjoy after a swim in the pool, and she gave us a fuchsia, baby pink, and apple green to work with, fun and festive colors fit for the summer season!

We made use of a fuchsia tablecloth, some light wooden accents such as boxes, spatulas, and spoons, various white risers and pails, and identical glass jars for the cupcake decorations and frosting to create a bright and summery candy shoppe feel.

We provided our small guests with chocolate and pink vanilla cupcakes to decorate, pink, green, and white frosting, and different sprinkles and candy! We gave them cupcake toppers and cupcake boxes as well so that they can take home their creations.

Mommy Ruby also ordered customized gift pails from us, which, when assembled, look like beautiful potted blooms! Inside the fuchsia and apple green pails were marshmallows, candy covered chocolates, and a fuzzy flower pen!

Baker Street’s first out-of-town party buffet took us to enchanting MB Dream Resort in San Fernando, Pampanga, where Emmanuel Joseph celebrated his Piston Cup Birthday Party amidst an incredibly colorful and festive atmosphere. From the hundreds of balloons and props in the venue, the customized stage design, to the matching racecar driver outfits donned by EJ and his lovely parents, one could say that this party was truly a sweet ride!

To create a Cars theme on our tablescape, we took inspiration from Lightning McQueen’s look and used a lot of reds, blacks, yellows, silvers, and racing checks. We made use of a silver cupcake tower and gave each tier a black rubber border to mimic the look of gleaming mags and racing wheels. To add a vintage flair to the tablescape, we used galvanized steel buckets to hold our numerous road sign printouts, red stripes for our “popcorn cups”, and cute gumball machines to hold all the delicious candy. To tie the whole thing together, we added customized buntings and Cars themed food labels.

The menu was delicious and very much in theme in terms of both color and taste. We served Lemon Lightning, Vanilla Velocity, Racecar Red Velvet, and Sally’s Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes, Ham Cheese & Apple Wheels, and Cream Cheese & Feta Puffs. For the candies, mommy Melanie ordered some red gumballs, candy coated chocolates, and gummy bears. These desserts and snacks were the perfect treats for kids as they were entertained by the performances!

Catering this event was surely worth the drive! Thank you so much to mommy Melanie for having us and happy birthday to EJ! :) We look forward to being part of more events, whether near or far from our base ;)

It had been such a great pleasure catering Avida Prime Towers’ Red Letter Day today!

Bernadette from Avida gave us a beautiful theme - a relaxing, rustic garden tea party- to work with. And since it’s their red letter day, Chinese New Year, and February all at the same time, we can’t resist adding touches of pink and red to the table to infuse a bit of romance to the decorations :)

To recreate a garden tea party atmosphere, we made use of off white wood, ceramics, and painted metal servingware, daintily designed to invoke a feeling of Southern hospitality and relaxed country living. The birdcages, lanterns, patterned pink risers, and old-style sugar and tea canisters added the extra charm. Of course, you can’t have a garden without fresh flowers, so we made sure to fill the table with dozens of fresh pink carnations, pink white snapdragons, and white mums!

The dessert and canape menu was deliciously in theme as well. Bernadette ordered chocolate truffle, vanilla meringue, ruby velvet, and strawberry cheesecake cupcakes, vanilla cream puffs and Baker Street brownies— dessert choices that any Southern Belle would be proud of! The canapes were pretty ham and cheese tea sandwiches, cream cheese and feta puffs, and chicken canapes and crackers.
